This Privacy Policy explains what information Keystone Collaborative ("KCEREC," "we," "us," or "our") collects when you visit kcerec.com (the "Site") or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain English. If you have a question, contact us using the details at the end.
1. Who we are
Keystone Collaborative is a real estate resolution and loss mitigation coordination business based in Overland Park, Kansas. We work with homeowners facing foreclosure or complex title, lien, or short-sale situations, and with the agents, attorneys, title companies, investors, and servicers involved in those files.
We are not a law firm or a title company, and we do not give legal advice. Nothing on this Site or in our communications is a guarantee of any outcome.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or referral form, call, text, or email us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- The property address
- A description of your situation
- Any deadline you share, such as a foreclosure sale or closing date
- Anything else you choose to include in your message
If you are a professional (for example, an agent or attorney) referring a file, we may also collect your company name and role.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, when you visit the Site our hosting provider and our systems may automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to run, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
Cookies and analytics. We use Google Analytics, a service from Google, to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics runs only if you choose Accept in the analytics banner. If you choose Decline, or make no choice, Google Analytics does not load and no analytics cookies are set. When it runs, Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, how you found the Site, your approximate location (such as city or country), your device and browser type, and a count of contact form submissions. It does not receive what you type into our forms. We have turned off Google signals and ads personalization, so this information is not used for advertising. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can learn how Google uses this data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can also opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
3. Please do not send sensitive information through the website
Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or credit card account numbers, loan numbers, full financial statements, tax returns, or other sensitive financial documents through the Site's forms or by regular email. Our web forms are meant only for initial contact. If we need documents to help with your file, we will give you secure instructions for sending them after first contact.
4. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry or referral and follow up with you
- Understand your situation and coordinate next steps on your file, if you choose to work with us
- Communicate with you by phone, email, or text message (see Section 6)

- Keep records of our communications and work
- Comply with law, respond to legal requests, and protect our rights and the safety of others
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or rent leads.
We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Parties on your file, with your permission. If you ask us to work on your situation, we may share relevant information with the people and companies involved, such as your lender or servicer, real estate agent, attorney, or title company, only with your permission and only as needed to move your file forward.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when needed to protect our rights, our users, or others.
- Business changes. If our business is reorganized, merged, or sold, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
6. Phone calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your inquiry or file. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of working with us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that support us, such as customer care or message delivery. All of the sharing categories above exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Email

8. How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information we collect. No website, email, or online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us over the internet. That is one reason we ask you not to send sensitive financial information through the Site (Section 3).

- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact us again to appeal.
11. Do Not Track and browser privacy signals
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to them, so the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
