These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of kcerec.com (the "Site"), operated by Keystone Collaborative ("KCEREC," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Informational purposes only
The Site provides general information about our real estate resolution and loss mitigation coordination services. It is not legal, tax, financial, or credit advice, and it may not apply to your situation. Laws and deadlines vary by state and change over time. 2. No legal advice and no attorney-client or fiduciary relationship
KCEREC is not a law firm or a title company and does not provide legal advice. Using the Site, submitting a form, or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship, a fiduciary relationship, or any other professional relationship. We do not require you to sign an agreement with us to use the Site or to contact us. If you ask us to work with you, we will put the terms in writing if either of us would like that. If you authorize us to speak with your mortgage servicer, that happens under a signed third-party authorization.
3. No guarantees
We cannot and do not guarantee any result, including stopping or delaying a foreclosure, approval of a short sale or loan modification, clearing a title or lien issue, or any timeline. Examples or past results on the Site do not predict future outcomes.
4. Your submissions
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account or loan numbers, or financial documents through the Site's forms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit false or harmful content, or use automated tools to scrape it.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, and logos belong to KCEREC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

The Site may link to websites or services run by others, including any partner portal. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue is in the courts located in Johnson County, Kansas.
